Cambridge Greens 1st Addition is a Village of Citrus Hills, located along the beautiful Nature Coast in Citrus County, Inverness, Florida. We hope that this website will provide useful information about Association business and current activities.

CG1 Member Login

New Florida laws, effective January 1, 2025, mandate that certain sensitive information must be protected on an HOA/POA website. This includes personal homeowner data and internal board communications such as contracts, budgets, insurance policies, and BOD certificates of completion. These password-protected documents are accessible for Cambridge Greens 1st Addition POA Parcel Owners and employees of the association only. Septic-to-Sewer Construction End Date Extended to June 28, 2025

The Cambridge Greens Septic-to-Sewer construction project began on October 16th, 2023, and was expected to last 520 calendar days. However, the Contractor has requested an additional one-month extension. Due to a lateral adjustment needed at one of the residences, the project final completion date had to be extended to June 28, 2025. Sometime soon after the completion date, a notice of connection will be sent out to residents. This notice will inform residents that they will have 365 days to connect to the new sewer system, which will be sometime after June 28, 2026. Along with this notice will be a link to the application for the $4,000 grant reimbursement and a phone number for those who feel more comfortable calling and asking for an application to be mailed to them. No one will be able to apply for the grant reimbursement until the 365-day notice is sent out. For more information on the grant program reimbursement, please see the News page. Repainting and Reroofing Form
